Return or Exchange Your Order
Welcome to our self-service Exchange open 24/7. Register your exchange and process your return by following the steps below. Make sure you send all your order information.
We always accept exchange requests, the product must be sent back within 3 days from the day you received the product, or the exchange request will be rejected. Reasons for return are only if the product is damaged due to shipment or there is some size error. WE DONT COVER SHIPPING FEES

You can exchange any item (s) in another color or size as long as they are in stock with us.
All exchanges are acceptable as long as the product is not used. We do not cover return shipping.
Simply register your exchange and submit your tracking number and we will send the replacement item (s) within 4 working days. Once your exchange order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all tracking details and it should reach you according to the normal shipping time.
Please note that you can only exchange the item for another size or color of the same style. If you want to exchange in a different way, we ask you to contact our support service via Instagram or email.
In the unfortunate event of any damage or product issue, please register your complaint and provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a photo of the issue if possible.
We’ll review your complaint and come back to you with a solution, normally within one working day. We will first see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault, and otherwise, replace the product.
